Booking Appointments How to Book: All sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance through my scheduling link, email, or preferred platform. Session Options: One-on-One Coaching: 60 or 90-minute sessions. Peer Support for Swingers/Non-Monogamous Individuals: 60-minute sessions. Spiritual Services (Tarot & Astrology Readings): 30, 60, or 90-minute sessions. Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email with session details and a link to join (if virtual). 2. Payment Full Payment Required: Payment must be made at the time of booking to confirm your session. Payment Methods: I accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other approved payment methods provided at booking. Sliding Scale: Sliding scale options are available for those experiencing financial hardship. Please reach out directly to discuss your needs. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Sessions canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be refunded. Rescheduling: You can reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your original appointment time without penalty. No-Shows: If you do not attend your session and provide no prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued. 4. Late Arrivals Grace Period: I allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. Session Time: If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect both our commitments. 5. Client Confidentiality All sessions are 100% confidential. Your privacy is a top priority, and everything we discuss remains between us. For virtual sessions, ensure you’re in a private, quiet space where you feel safe and comfortable to share. 6. Communication For any changes, questions, or support between sessions, please contact me via email or your preferred method of communication. I aim to respond within 24-48 hours during business days. 7. Terms of Service Sessions are coaching- and support-based, not therapy. If issues outside my scope arise, I may suggest seeking appropriate mental health or medical support. Clients must be 18 years or older to book any services. 8.
